Soundprovocation sample libraries and sampler instruments are copyrighted. All rights of the producer and the owner of these products are reserved. Unauthorized copying, reselling, renting, or other distribution of any part of Soundprovocation products is strictly prohibited. You cannot make new sample or sampler libraries in any form using the contents of these products. The use of Soundprovocation libraries is limited to the original musical composition.
Therefore, you can feel free using our libraries in any kind of your commercial or non-commercial music, soundtrack, or similar audio production, but not as a part of another compilation of sounds or sampler instrument.

The information Soundprovocation collects from you is used to provide you with information or products you've requested from us. We do not give your data to any third parties.
How is your data stored:
Your data is stored on our secure e-mail servers (soundprovocation.com, google.com), on our PayPal account's history and our invoice history on encrypted storage. This is common practice for webshop to work properly.
